About Flame

Of course, I’ve got something to say…
It’s all communication! Sales, human resources, project management, development, administration, marketing, relationships, etc. – communication-based all. As the fire triangle dictates fuel, heat, and oxygen to create a flame, all communication shares three foundational components – audience, message, and delivery. How these components are combined determines whether communication will flicker and die or grow to a powerful flame. It is passion that ignites people to strike out at great risk, launch their dream, and fan the flame of their small business or organization adventure. Thank goodness for such vision and enthusiasm. It is the banner of our society and the backbone of our economy and culture.
Together, let’s ignite your vision. Let’s fuel your passion and set your future ablaze.
Whether you need an educational, motivational, or entertaining speaker to light a fire under your company or organization, a full marketing/communications seminar, a direct marketing/communications consultation, or a professional host for your next teleseminar, we’re ready to heat things up.
About Phil
In the forest, even the smallest spark, ignited by the proper combination of fire triangle elements – fuel, heat, and oxygen – can grow to a raging inferno when properly fueled. Yet, without fuel, even the wildest fire will fade. When firefighters attack a fire they usually remove fuel from the fire triangle. Since the heat source is too large to contain and the oxygen supply is too hard to control, fuel is usually is most accessible and manageable. It is eliminated either by removal (fire breaks) or by transformation (water). No fuel, no fire.
The fuel of small business is not its product or service. It is neither the business owner nor his/her organization. It is the knowledge of and ability to implement entrepreneurial and managerial elements – marketing, sales, accounting, administration, and technology. Most businesses do not fail for lack of a quality product or service. They do not fail for lack of quality people or passion. They fail for lack of entrepreneurial acumen and managerial capacity – the true fuel of small business.
At Flame Communications, LLC we’ve seen the spark in many businesses die. We’ve seen businesses smolder and eventually go out. Often, their flames were quenched by a lack of fuel. Often that lack of fuel was in part a result of limited time and funds to secure the fuel they needed.
Flame Communications, LLC was launched to remedy the lack of access to the fuel that small businesses need to succeed. Though a combination of direct services and networked expertise and resources, Flame is helping small businesses succeed by fueling their efforts.
